Josie has been taking Western Dressage lessons with Samantha, I can’t say enough good things about Samantha and her teaching style, she is extremely knowledgeable and Josie is very comfortable with her. Between the start of her lessons with Samantha and Josie’s county fair, mid July, Josie and her horse Tiny had made significant improvements! After county fair Josie and Samantha took the notes from the judges and worked hard to make the improvements needed before state fair at the end of August. Josie and Tiny made significant improvements in the short time from county fair to state fair. Josie ended state fair with the second highest score in her division, she was awarded a medallion ribbon and a blue ribbon with a score of 66.2%. Josie also had the top score in her division for Trail and was awarded a medallion ribbon and a blue ribbon! I see a difference in her everyday riding and am very thankful for what Samantha has taught her and what she continues to teach her!"

Samantha is an amazing instructor (and my favorite one I've ever had the privilege to learn from). as an adult student, it is sometimes hard to find a place to get lessons that don't just work with younger kids. I came to her with many years of Western experience but zero English experience. She always listens to my personal goals for myself and tailored my lessons to help me achieve them (and we even threw in a couple dressage lessons when I was interested in learning the basics). She balances being both personable and professional at the same time.
100% recommend and hope to return to lessons with her again once my own finances allow, and will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for lessons.

I have privately trained and have been riding in Samantha’s program for a while. Samantha is an excellent trainer! I have seen her expert knowledge of the industry and of horses, her patience, and genuine care of both the riders and horses. Her extensive training of multiple disciplines, provides a well rounded experience for her students and I. I’m always in great hands and thoroughly looked after. Overall, she generates a wonderful, friendly atmosphere and her kind heart creates a safe, enjoyable, and educational environment to grow as an equestrian. Highly recommend!
